1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TreeFi ("the Game"), connecting your cryptocurrency wallet, or interacting with our smart contracts on the Polygon Network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to play TreeFi. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Game is legal in your country of residence.
3. Blockchain Risks and Responsibilities
TreeFi utilizes decentralized ledger technology (Blockchain). You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are entirely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.
- TreeFi cannot recover lost funds, NFTs, or wallets under any circumstances.
- The value of POL and associated NFTs is highly volatile and speculative. We make no guarantees of financial return.
- Smart contract bugs and blockchain re-orgs, while mitigated through audits and best practices, are inherent risks of Web3.
4. In-Game Assets (NFTs)
Trees, Lands, and other digital items in TreeFi are non-fungible tokens (NFTs) minted on the Polygon blockchain. Ownership of the NFT grants you specific rights to use the asset within the Game ecosystem.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the Game economy.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of the Game interface.
- Engaging in any fraudulent or malicious activity against other players or the protocol.
Violation of these terms may result in wallet blacklisting from the user interface and API.
